Yarn dyeing production method

Yarn dyeing flow/yarn dyeing production method

Yarn dyeing is a type of dyeing. The yarn dyeing technique dyes yarns in package form or hank form, which differs somewhat from woven or knit dyeing. Colored yarns are used to make striped knit or woven fabrics, as well as solid dyed fabrics and sweaters.

 Winding softly:

It's the initial stage in the yarn dying process. Yarns are moved from a paper cone to a plastic tube in this stage to facilitate the yarn dying process. It is impossible to package yarn dyeing without this procedure. During the winding of yarn, many criteria are maintained.

 Batching:

Yarns are bached according to their count, lot, yarn type, and other factors in the batching section. A batch card is created, which contains all of the batch's important information.

 Dyeing:

Dyeing is done according to the authorized sample dyeing formula in the dyeing section. During the dyeing process, different parameters are maintained. Remove the colored yarn from the dyeing process after the hue matches the authorized sample.

 Hydro:
